To all my readers,

To those that have been reading my blog, u guys know that i am going for my backpacking trip early next year BUT i might forward my trip to this year end coz i would love to see snow (yes I've never seen snowing before) and join the Christmas celebration in western countries having Christmas dinner with my hosted family (be it in US or EUROPE).. instead of going only to Europe i might visit US too.. So if u guys would love to host me or have me around in your coach, sofa, room for a day or 2 or week, do let me know i would love love love it coz i am going on backpacking solo so that means i am on a very very tight budget, so if u have friends or people u know that can host me please do email me, will really really appreciate it... if u would love to bring/drive me around i will be really really grateful too. I am starting to plan my itinerary for US so wish me luck huns.. i cant wait to go :) My hubby is more nervous than me,so if i can prove that i can take good care of myself and provide him with the detail itinerary and plans of having people hosting me he will be relieved. Hope to hear good news from you :) I might start my trip either in US or Europe..Have a good week guys :)

To some who are curious about Myron. He is a very nice guy, a Taiwanese guy who study in UK, been to many countries and share many of his traveling experience with us. He went back to Taiwan to visit his family and went to Sydney for a few days, stop over in Singapore for 2 days before going back to UK. We host him for 2 days 1 night and we are really glad to have him here.. Such a sweet guy that we are definitely gonna miss him.Myron come back soon and i cant wait to see u in UK :)

Coz summer here is planning on her solo trip to Europe (backpacking) yehhhh!!!!! I am going to be independent once again and go explore the world on my own..oh my oh my... HELLO EUROPE... Summer is heading out for u... hahahaha... i cant help but feel excited and so so so happy. Traveling is my number one favorite. even though its not like anywhere soon next month but still i am feeling so excited already... I have like months to get ready and do my research on the places i want to go... in order to make my dream come true i need help from you ladies who experienced traveling on your own, traveled to any part of Europe, any backpackers out here, residence who stay in any part of Europe that can provide me with all the information u know. I am going to start a diary the moment i set out on my own and i know that this time its going to be an awesome experience for me, a once in a life thingy with no regret. Hubby is so supportive that he encourage me to go see the world and fulfill my dream and make it come true since i am still young with no commitment. And sad to announce i have just remove it because i notice a piece of dung=cow shit have stained my chatbox..whoever he or she or u who wants to get me, live a life of your own.. Bought this at ION Orchard last week and ohhh i cant resist anything that is written butterscotch or caramel, therefore i want this!! Look at the vanilla roll coated with thick thick layer of caramel, tell me which sweet tooth can resist this???!!! To my disappointment this cake is sold out almost everyday in less than an hour when the shop opens and i have to make reservation in order to get mine. It cost me $18. what so great about this is : this cake is being flown in from Japan, so now u get it why a piece of cake cost such a high price. They are fluffy, light and not so sweet coz the caramel taste a bit bitter and salty. But if u ask me will i buy it a again i will say a "NO" (but i am glad i have it once in a lifetime), the reason? Stated below:

Y did i buy them in the first place? :

• I was being attract by the appearance
• Coz its written "sold out" every time i walk pass them
• Every review online seems to have positive feedback
• Famous in Japan
• Curious about the taste
• Curious what makes them sold out everyday and having such long Q in Japan
  

Y i dislike it :

• Its expensive
• Its so small
  
• Its not really "delicious" as much as it look
• It comes with bitter taste
• I cant accept salty taste in my cake
• Nothing fantastic to make me want to buy it again

Hi guys... just wanna share a little joy with you regarding my newly adopted pets.. i saw them on a animal adopting blog and i fall for them immediately. so i went to get them today. Sorry for the short post :) i haven't name them yet but i will do so every soon. This female guinea pig lick me like a dog,so adorable,i never knew that guinea pig knows how to lick human..hahaha...the one in grey is a whinner, he make so much noise and first time in my life i hear a guinea pig whine...if u have any tips to share with me regarding them,plese please do let me know. i really appreciate it so much..

My Home-made Egg Benedict

Good morning (ohaiyo!!) guys, its a beautiful Saturday morning now and i decided to cook this for my hubby as a surprise. Guess too much of the cafe world in Facebook make me wanted to make my own Egg Benedict so much.over all its so simple. The only difficult part is cooking the pouched egg. Here are is how i make my pouched eggs. I learn it in Youtube and its quite simple afterall. I fi can do it u can too :) Create your own side dish of your choice, for me i prefer salad and Portobello mushroom with mozzarella cheese.

Things u need for toast:

Muffin (cut into half)
4 Eggs
Butter
Honey bake ham (whatever ham u like)
Slice cheese
Lettuce
Hollandaise Sauce (i buy prepack type)


Steps of doing pouched eggs:

Add vinegar inside the simmering water with a pinch of salt
pour the egg in slowly
vinegar will make the egg white curl together
scope them out and drain out

Steps of making portobello mushroom:

I cook them in butter till soft
add mozzarella cheese on top till melt
scope them out and place on plate

Sorry for leaving and keeping you people waiting for so long.. i have been buzy working on weekdays and doing volunteer work during weekends. So please forgive me for not updating my blog.. In order to show my apologies, i am going to do this post on how to create your lip scrub. Its easy and and it work. These ingredients can also be found at home and best of all, i've tested it on my own lips (just 10mins ago, and here i am typing this out to share with u guys) i really works well on my lips effect, now i have soft, smooth lips. So wanna share these with you people. As u google through, u can easily find tons and tons of articles on teaching and recipe for home made remedies. And i found this--> Skin care and remedies

**Its based on my personal reviews so different people will experience different results**

So lets start :)

Ingredients u need:

• 1 teaspoon of honey
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• Olive oil

Mix honey and baking ingredients until the mass resembles a paste.
Apply the mix on your lips and leave it on for a couple of minutes.
Gently rub the lips.
Wash of with lukewarm water

Let the lips dry out and then apply olive oil. It will help the lips hydrate.

There is also a recipe that is very simple, too. Apply unsalted butter on your lips occasionally. That's it. It has the same effect as the olive oil.

Hi guys, sorry that i have been away for some time. Wanna share this post with u guys, even though its not beauty related but something i find it meaningful. I went to an animal shelter called "Madam Wong Shelter" to be a volunteer. Something about Madam wong that my heart went out to her is, she sold her house in order to make this shelter for the strays,without any financial help from the government and public, she is being so selfless and doing everything she can to give the animal a chance to live. She rescue out 9 cats using $1000 in order for them not being put to sleep. With so many cats and dogs she is keeping, i wonder if she can make ends meets. A little something that i can do is to donate a small sum to her (a little something that can help lessen her burden). Due to the hot weather i am unable to walk them and due to the cut off timing for the water supple between 1pm to 5pm, i cant bath them but i spend my 5 hours there playing with them, patting them, stroking them, they love our company. At the same time i am helping to find fans that are still in working condition so that the dog can use in such a hot weather and of course not forgetting donations, sponsership for animals supply like shampoos,medications for ticks and fleas dogs treats.I post up lots of shout out using facebook, hopefully i will get some good news.Pray hard for me yah!
