Just wanna find out how many of you take supplements and what supplements do you take? Currently i am taking this multi vitamin 1 tablet a day. And what about you??
just recently have i been taking supplements again-- vitc and multivit.. and something for my circulation and memory.lol. but im sceptical about if its working=__= lol maybe i go back to fish oil... xx
I try to get my vitamins and minerals from the foods I eat. Since taking supplements doesn't always absorb in your body. And you end up pooping them out!!
I do need to start taking B12 though. Since I don't eat meat I need to take B12 for healthy organ function. I just can't seem to find the right one!!
I also have heard of stuff called VEGA. It's a VEGAN vitamin and mineral souce that you drink. Which is easily absorbed into the body through the digestive system.
I also currently take Acia Berry pills. To DETOX and FLUSH my system between the changing seasons. As well as to help adjust my body from any harmful chemicals I may have consumed. Oh and I juice a lot too!! Good way to get vitamins and minerals as well!!
I am taking Vitamin E as it is supposed to help with healing skin because I get bad acne scars on my chin. But when I finish those I will also get a multi vitamin just to be healthier. x
when I wasn't married yet,my mom would keep on bugging me everyday to take my vit.C...haha...right now, we're both taking the same supplement...one a day womens...but I still keep forgetting to take it...:D
This is the first time i took/start supplement.For me i always forget to take it..think i am not discipline enough,haha..i heard primrose oil is good for the skin too..a friend who took it has the best skin ever.so radiant and clear.i've just taken this tablet so not too sure if it is being absorb by my body :)

diet pills are not healthy..hmm should i say it will damage your internal organs in prolong taking them.but i guess its a small advice i give :)

I don't take any supplements/vitamins at all except when I'm sick. lol.

i take flax seed oil, multi-vitamins, and drink aloe juice :)
i take vitamin C supplements :)
nope i use to though. The seven sea's fish oil. And vitamin c orange tablet >< they had such a yucky taste.
I have been thinking of going back on supplements but i'm not really sure what to take lols.

I didnt know that so many of you take supplements..haha..at least i learn from you guys that its essential to eat these tablets..haha
I take a multi vitamin everyday too.
i pop vitamin C & Acidophiles...
build up my immunity system..
i really get lesser cold & flu & food poisoning....
take them on empty stomach EARLY in the morning for effective absorption ;)
I don't take any o.o do we have to ?
