This place i went to is a beautiful beautiful place in Scotland, took a Day trip to join this tour and i can only say its totally worth it. Loch ness is a place i always wanted to visit, who doesn't know Loch Ness monster?? Its so famous and a legend that even thou i know its not true i just wanted to go.. All the interesting story that the guide told us made a deep impression of all the things we pass by. The scenery is breath taking if i have a chance i would love to stay there longer to do all the trekking and stuff... Scotland shall we see each other again.

Would love to show all the photos but cant possible load everything in blog,therefore i manage to choose some beautiful ones here. I took almost 1000+/- everyday throughout my 2 months trip. So most of it is loaded in my face book..Travelling is my passion, being a female solo backpacker is my courage and independence to overcome all fears and be totally in charge of myself. I can only say i made it and i am proud of myself and i have fulfill one of my dream.

Hi guys, so sorry that i have been away from blogging for months and i am so sorry about it. If u have been following my blog u will know that i have been travelling. Seriously i am heavily addicted to travelling all my life. Not sure if u guys are interested but if u do, continue to follow me coz i will be posting pictures and pictures of places i have been for the past months. And yes i have been to Sydney (Australia) just 2 weeks ago and stayed there for 12 days. Loving the things, people, places, animals i saw and met in all the places i've been... and the interesting story about the weird people i encounter during my trip in Europe.. So stay tuned my lovely ladies... The happiest thing from this Europe trip is*drum roll*== i lost 10kg within 2 months. Did u see the difference in me? And do u like the new me?

My first destination i went is Glasgow (Scotland), stay over at my friend's place.Get to know the place a bit more by walking the whole area. Shops are close pretty early there.about 5pm or 6pm. And due to my first solo backpacking tour, i cant shop. Coz my bag has no space for it :( But its ok coz the main aim for this trip is to see and learn more stuff, learning to be more independent,seeing places that i've always wanted to go, learning to take charge of my life, learning to appreciate the things back home and leaving my comfort zone. I have been planning for my backpacking trip for almost 3 years now. I am really glad that i took the courage and bought my ticket. Hubby is really nervous and excited for me. He is really supportive of what i am doing, helping me plan and bring me to source for stuff for my backpacking trip. I bought a new net book (in purple) and a new camera (Canon IXUS 300HS).and off i went on 24th April.My friends, colleagues and family went to send me off. I am glad they are happy for me.

If u ever wonder what happen to me recently and was wondering why i disappear again? Its because i am traveling right now.. I started travel on 24th April 2011, it has been 20 days now and i am still on the go. Plan to finish everything and go home in July 2011. Some of you must be puzzled on why is there a "will u marry me" on my dessert plate since my title of the blog is written our 3rd year anniversary.Stories goes like this, as asian man are kind of conservative with words like honey i love u, or go down on their knees to say will you marry me. And the most common way to ask partner to get married is by saying this " do you want to apply for a house together? My marriage started with this sentence, so once the house is approve and when u got it, u plan to get married, and so my man bypass the proposal steps. And this gestures and a must do proposal is haunting me for 3 years,and i ever did brought up to him that how is it like to have such a romantic proposal with a big big sigh. (after watching TV drama that actor propose to actress).Ladies tell me which woman doesn't wish to have a romantic proposal to rem for a lifetime or a story to tell their grandchildren ..

So on our 3rd year wedding anniversary my hubby Mr Ryan decided to come up with a surprise thumb drive (with his own singing of "Hey there delilah" with the lyrics and name changed), a sweet card while i was out with my colleagues for a Karaoke session in the afternoon. i kind of find him suspicious for doing so many romantic things in a day. So after we've finished our anniversary dinner, a "will you marry me dessert was served on my table, he suddenly go down on one knee with the ring asking me the perfect question "Precious, will you marry me?" and it was served with a bouquet of flowers brought out by the bistro staff. The staff video the whole scene down.Its so romantic that i almost broke into tears. So my story ended here. In the end i love my hubby forever and ever..hahaha

Hi babes, would like to share with you my happiness!!!! Yes finally i've got a Chanel jumbo in black caviar with GHW. i have been longing for it for the longest time and its my goal to get it either before turning 30 years old or by 30, A Hermes Birkin by the age 40. And tada finally i have my dream bag. Since i've stop buying all brands of bags these 3 years so i think i deserve something i love right? Hope u enjoy my post and felt happy for me..(i did plan to get a Birkin size 35 instead of the Chanel coz once u buy something with a higher value,u tends to find it more affordable to get a cheaper bag, but i just don't feel right for my hubby to get something that expensive especially when this is not the only purchase he got me within the same month- u will know why when i come up with the next post.)

What i believe is every girl should own a basic Chanel handbag (if u decided to just have the one and only Chanel- choose their classic design and go for the black and not the seasonal design and u are sure to know that it wont go out of date in the future). Chanel will never go on sale and the price will increase every half year or yearly(they just increase their price this Feb), its a bag that u can pass to your daughter in future, if u maintain it well, u will even get to sell it at the higher price (higher than what u bought). So does it make sense to invest in a good quality, bag with a value and something that will not go out of date instead of buying all the other brands that will go on sale every year. My next goal will be a Hermes Birkin before i reach 40, something that the value will increase every year.. hahaha.. I reason i tell my hubby- next time this bag of mine will go to your precious daughter

For all the Hello Kitty fans. I know u are screaming with joy while looking at all the photos, just like when i first saw the cafe... Everything inside makes me wanna scream "cute!!!!!". The service of all the waitress are superb, considering it to be the number one. They took the effort and time to explain to you about the cakes that u are ordering. I love everything in that cafe that i don't wish to leave. Hahahaa...the decorations in it can make u wanna stay there longer. Most of the customers are females (obvious reason that almost every girl love kitty) Lots of people are camwhoring with their decorations, toilets, walls, drinks, food just like me.. Hahahahaa... it bores my bro and my dad a bit but they are nice enough to search for this cafe for me. For those that might be going, get ready your camera. Hahahaaa.. and each person has to order a set of dessert (cakes and a drink). U are not allow to sit in not ordering anything. Hope u guys enjoy my post :)

Thanks for welcoming me back in blogging world, felt so happy that u guys haven't forgotten me. My family and i went for a 9 days holiday leaving my hubby at home taking care of my 3 guinea pigs and momo (my dog) and toby (my mum's dog). It has been a long time since i went holiday with my family and i really appreciated the time i spend with them.

To all my readers,

To those that have been reading my blog, u guys know that i am going for my backpacking trip early next year BUT i might forward my trip to this year end coz i would love to see snow (yes I've never seen snowing before) and join the Christmas celebration in western countries having Christmas dinner with my hosted family (be it in US or EUROPE).. instead of going only to Europe i might visit US too.. So if u guys would love to host me or have me around in your coach, sofa, room for a day or 2 or week, do let me know i would love love love it coz i am going on backpacking solo so that means i am on a very very tight budget, so if u have friends or people u know that can host me please do email me, will really really appreciate it... if u would love to bring/drive me around i will be really really grateful too. I am starting to plan my itinerary for US so wish me luck huns.. i cant wait to go :) My hubby is more nervous than me,so if i can prove that i can take good care of myself and provide him with the detail itinerary and plans of having people hosting me he will be relieved. Hope to hear good news from you :) I might start my trip either in US or Europe..Have a good week guys :)

To some who are curious about Myron. He is a very nice guy, a Taiwanese guy who study in UK, been to many countries and share many of his traveling experience with us. He went back to Taiwan to visit his family and went to Sydney for a few days, stop over in Singapore for 2 days before going back to UK. We host him for 2 days 1 night and we are really glad to have him here.. Such a sweet guy that we are definitely gonna miss him.Myron come back soon and i cant wait to see u in UK :)

Coz summer here is planning on her solo trip to Europe (backpacking) yehhhh!!!!! I am going to be independent once again and go explore the world on my own..oh my oh my... HELLO EUROPE... Summer is heading out for u... hahahaha... i cant help but feel excited and so so so happy. Traveling is my number one favorite. even though its not like anywhere soon next month but still i am feeling so excited already... I have like months to get ready and do my research on the places i want to go... in order to make my dream come true i need help from you ladies who experienced traveling on your own, traveled to any part of Europe, any backpackers out here, residence who stay in any part of Europe that can provide me with all the information u know. I am going to start a diary the moment i set out on my own and i know that this time its going to be an awesome experience for me, a once in a life thingy with no regret. Hubby is so supportive that he encourage me to go see the world and fulfill my dream and make it come true since i am still young with no commitment. Bought this at ION Orchard last week and ohhh i cant resist anything that is written butterscotch or caramel, therefore i want this!! Look at the vanilla roll coated with thick thick layer of caramel, tell me which sweet tooth can resist this???!!! To my disappointment this cake is sold out almost everyday in less than an hour when the shop opens and i have to make reservation in order to get mine. It cost me $18. what so great about this is : this cake is being flown in from Japan, so now u get it why a piece of cake cost such a high price. They are fluffy, light and not so sweet coz the caramel taste a bit bitter and salty. But if u ask me will i buy it a again i will say a "NO" (but i am glad i have it once in a lifetime), the reason? Stated below:

Good morning (ohaiyo!!) guys, its a beautiful Saturday morning now and i decided to cook this for my hubby as a surprise. Guess too much of the cafe world in Facebook make me wanted to make my own Egg Benedict so much.over all its so simple. The only difficult part is cooking the pouched egg. Here are is how i make my pouched eggs. I learn it in Youtube and its quite simple afterall. I fi can do it u can too :) Create your own side dish of your choice, for me i prefer salad and Portobello mushroom with mozzarella cheese.

Things u need for toast:

Muffin (cut into half)
4 Eggs
Butter
Honey bake ham (whatever ham u like)
Slice cheese
Lettuce
Hollandaise Sauce (i buy prepack type)

Steps of doing pouched eggs:

Add vinegar inside the simmering water with a pinch of salt
pour the egg in slowly
vinegar will make the egg white curl together
scope them out and drain out

Steps of making portobello mushroom:

I cook them in butter till soft
add mozzarella cheese on top till melt
scope them out and place on plate

Sorry for leaving and keeping you people waiting for so long.. i have been buzy working on weekdays and doing volunteer work during weekends. So please forgive me for not updating my blog.. In order to show my apologies, i am going to do this post on how to create your lip scrub. Its easy and and it work. These ingredients can also be found at home and best of all, i've tested it on my own lips (just 10mins ago, and here i am typing this out to share with u guys) i really works well on my lips effect, now i have soft, smooth lips. So wanna share these with you people. As u google through, u can easily find tons and tons of articles on teaching and recipe for home made remedies. And i found this--> Skin care and remedies

**Its based on my personal reviews so different people will experience different results**

So lets start :)

Ingredients u need:

1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Olive oil

Mix honey and baking ingredients until the mass resembles a paste.
Apply the mix on your lips and leave it on for a couple of minutes.
Gently rub the lips.
Wash of with lukewarm water

Let the lips dry out and then apply olive oil. It will help the lips hydrate.

There is also a recipe that is very simple, too. Apply unsalted butter on your lips occasionally. That's it. It has the same effect as the olive oil.

I can list a whole lot of good points of using real hair extension such as u are able to wash it, perm it, dye it, straighten it with straighter, curl it with curler, comb it and even use hair products on it, isn't it awesome?? Hi guys, sorry that i have been away for some time. Wanna share this post with u guys, even though its not beauty related but something i find it meaningful. I went to an animal shelter called "Madam Wong Shelter" to be a volunteer. Something about Madam wong that my heart went out to her is, she sold her house in order to make this shelter for the strays,without any financial help from the government and public, she is being so selfless and doing everything she can to give the animal a chance to live. She rescue out 9 cats using $1000 in order for them not being put to sleep. With so many cats and dogs she is keeping, i wonder if she can make ends meets. A little something that i can do is to donate a small sum to her (a little something that can help lessen her burden). Due to the hot weather i am unable to walk them and due to the cut off timing for the water supple between 1pm to 5pm, i cant bath them but i spend my 5 hours there playing with them, patting them, stroking them, they love our company. At the same time i am helping to find fans that are still in working condition so that the dog can use in such a hot weather and of course not forgetting donations, sponsership for animals supply like shampoos,medications for ticks and fleas dogs treats.I post up lots of shout out using facebook, hopefully i will get some good news.Pray hard for me yah!

This is the collagen from DHC that i have been drinking every night before i sleep. It taste super yummy... not sure if it does makes my skin looks better but i do admit i have clearer skin now. It taste like concentrate fruit juice..hehee..i am now taking the Meiji collagen powder and this drink at night so i presume it does help increase the elasticity of my skin or maybe its just psycological thinking.. every night my hubby will take one bottle out from the fridge and put it beside my bed to remind me to drink before i sleep. Hi guys!!!.. shock to see my long sexy hair suddenly? After viewing suzi vids i am addicted and i mean heavily addicted!!!! super addicted that i wish to have long beautiful hair.. i used to go for hair extension using the braiding method and it causes hugh damage to my real hair coz they got tangled and i lost lots and i mean LOTS of hair during the removal process and i swear that i will never ever do it again, until suzi inspired me that there are such things as clip on hair extension but its difficult to find real hair extensions here and i am so lucky to find these website that sells different wigs,fringe and clip in hair extension over here in Singapore, the lady boss is very pretty and Also very helpful too, she explains on how to use these clip on and encourage me to try them before deciding which one suit me best. These clips on are synthetic hair therefore they look too perfect and glossy but i swear they look really natural without the flash. I grab myself a fringe, a full piece clip on Japanese style big curl and 2 small size big curl (for the side). All i want is different hairstyle without cutting, perming my hair. LOL.. Currently I am now looking for clip on human hair that matches my hair color and hopefully able to get them real soon :)

Recipe for TIRAMISU

My cup tiramisu

This is the mascarpone cheese i useI mixed the cheese into the whisked egg yolkI've fold them till its evenly blend

Ingredients that u need:

6 egg yolks
3 tablespoons of fine sugar
1 tub of mascarpone cheese (500gm)
7 sticks of ladys fingers
1 bowl of thick coffee/mocha/espresso
coco powder for shifting before serving
1 cap of bailey's cream

Base ingredient (optional):
10 Digestive biscuits/oreo
about 40gm of Melted butter
2 tablespoon of sugar

Steps:

whisk egg yolks with sugar till it turns pale yellow
Fold egg into mascarpone cheese.
Add the cap of bailey's cream
Dip lady finger into the coffee
Place "base" ingredient into glass tray or individual cup
Place a layer of cheese on "base"
Place dipped lady finger on the cheese
Add another layer of cheese
Till the whole/cup tray is filled
Place the whole dish into the fridge for a few hours

Before serving shift some coco powder on it. Now its ready to be serve.Its simple and easy isn't it? Hope you guys have a great time doing it :)

I'm been down with sore throat, a bad one indeed all thanks to Coffee Bean dark chocolate peppermint, i develop a very bad sore throat in the middle of the night and had to see the DR the very next day and was covered on antibiotics (tuesday),but the following next day i am down with flu (wednesday) and cough (thursday), and down with sore throat and cough plus flu today (friday)... i am so sad, i want to be healthy again... i am banning myself from chocolate drink for the time being now... i hope everyone here is healthy and take good care of yourself yah, get ready for a joyful season soon!!!

Went for the company dinner on Monday (30 November), was surprise that they bought the November babies (total) a cake and each of us received a present that is a ginger bread man from Marriott...so cute right the ginger bread man...i was surprise to be part of it coz i am just a part timer in the company and they treat me so well. I've been working there for almost 3 months now and i love every staff there, they are so friendly and teach me a lot of things. i learn a lot from them. Even though i am slow in learning and adapting and not clever but i am glad that they are patience with me,some times i do feel bad that i have to keep asking them about things (i confess i have super bad memory,and i forget things real fast) .I am just worried that i will disappoint them if they have high expectation of me.I pray hard every day before i sleep that i can meet their expectations and do well in my task.Even new staff learn faster than me,i find that i am sort of useless.But overall i love this new job coz its flexible and i've made a lot of new friends there :)

Hmmm how should i start with this..i am someone who is curious about new products so i never fail to have the urge to try them and i often be the first person among friends to try out new things.So this time i try out something i've been curious for the longest time.Make a guess what i did this time.

I went for IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatment yesterday (4 november), yeh..i am so excited to share it with you guys. My friend had sudden breakout over her face so i suggest her to go to this clinic to try out, i am super impress by the friendly staff there who offer to give us all the information we want to know and also provide us with the suitable suggestion. one thing i like about them is there are no snobbish staff which make us super comfortable there, they do not pester us to sign package,they do not pressure us to sign treatment on the spot and they do not pester me to buy they products,they really only recommend accordingly to your needs. This make me wanna received my first treatment from there.After speaking to the beauty consultant there, we went to see the Dr for consultation before proceeding with the treatment. Since i am paying for the consultation fee i might as well ask more questions and clear my doubts about IPL, RF and Botox.

In the end after spoken and clarify my doubt, i op for another treatment that is BOTOX!!! Yes i just say botox.it will take effect in 2 months time and i cant wait to see a smaller face..today i notice slightly brighter skin due to the IPL, my pores are smaller and i look a lot more radiant,now i know why so many girls go for such treatment.For botox, The process is a bit painful (even though they apply numbing cream for 20 mins but it still hurts when the injection is being jab into the skin and when the med spread into the muscle (u can totally feel it) but after that i don't feel any pain.The disadvantage thing is i am not suppose to chew on chewy food to prevent the muscle build up again. Overall its bearable. IPL is much more comfortable,when they induced the light onto the skin u feel a bit of a warming sensation and it last about 15 mins.Instructions given is not to use harsh products these few days and to remember to use sunblock.

I guess everyone have been busy doing chrstmas shopping or decorating your own christmas tree right? i just got mine christmas tree about 5 to 6 foot tall yesterday from carrefour (can u believe it? A real christmas tree from US?) and guess what? i am so excited to get my hands on to decorate it and i cant wait to share my joy,this year theme is purple and gold with a small touch of red and pink.Will update you guys more after i complete it :) and hope you guys enjoy adding ornament on your christmas tree...remember to post up a picture of your tree, coz i would love to view yours too....hehehe :)

Sorry for the late late post ever, i have been trying to blog as much as i can coz i am way behind time in blogging,i have so many things to blog,about my haul recently and all the nice things I've received from some awesome dears. One of it is Suzi who is so so sweet in helping me get Sleek eye shadows that I've been wanting to own, she manage to get me 2 palette that i wish to have including the lip balm.. she adds in additional blusher, lipstick, eye lashes, samples for me as a birthday present, isn't she a sweetheart?! I love love eye single thing and i cant wait to play with all these makeups..will do a LOTD (look of the day) if i can yah.. so stay tuned!

This is the hello kitty lab i went last Saturday, i paid sgd$38 per person($76 for 2 person) for the tickets, what i can say its super boring and i feel a bit disappointed with the amount i paid. inside the kitty lab is just game, the rule is you have to go to every station to play a game ,if u win you get to choose (eye,shoes,accessories,pet) for your kitty, every station allow u to accumulate the items,complete the game within 35 mins, u get to bring home a hello kitty badge, even if u dun complete within 35 mins you get to own your own hello kitty card towards the end of the day. Written big and clear that no videos and photos allow but when i enter everyone and i mean every single one bring out their cameras and goes clicking away.. even the staff working inside help to take photos for you. The dim sum restaurant is super expensive these 4 dishes and a pot of tea cost us about sgd$30+, we cant seem to find those cheap one when we need one.but the food is so tasty,no wonder there are so many rich customer having their dim sum there, some went there in Rolls Royce. We explore many places like the gold fish street,a market that sell lots of clothes,shoes,boots,cap, manicure services,sleep wear,toys and bags and i went back to the store that sell contact lens,this time i bought 2 pairs of grey and black. We went to disneyland store in the airport (since we have about 2 hours to shop there),i spend every single hong Kong cents there. I miss the cold weather there,not forgetting the food and shopping :)

These are the pictures of my Macau trip..hehehe.its our day 4 in hong kong so we meet up one of my colleague there who happen to go holiday during the period when we are there so we planned to go Macau. We had our breakfast there and its colder than hong kong . OMG I am wearing the new dress from H&M and th wind there is super strong. i am so worry that my skirt will flip over. hahaa.. their egg tarts are heavenly and we tried to buy our 2nd one but they run out of it.. sad!!! Its super creamy and fresh thinking of it now make me drool.. The most famous thing u can find in Macau are casino and mind you, every casino are so so grand. i am lost of words when i first saw it, the lights the deco are so expensive. The 3 of us try our luck on jackpot but fail..hehehe.its just for fun. We bought lots of cookies from Macau as souvenirs (freshly bake almond cookies and peanut candies on the spot-macau famous for it ) for our relatives and friends. ans i bought a post card and send it back to my own home. i love doing that coz the stamp that they stamp on the postage stamp. My first one i collected is from Paris.i post it at the effiel tower

Today me and hubby covered most of the shopping malls we can find (station hopping just to visit all the malls we can find and i can only say my leg hurts from the 3 whole days of walking. i found Jill Stuart shops and we waited there for half and hour just for it to be open and i went in happily even though i did not do any purchase..contented enough :)

Out of my purchases i love my mouse shoes the most, don't you find it cute.it comes in 3 colors, grey, black and purple,and since i love bright color i chose the purple one.i had another small haul for the day, found something for my dark circle, lashes tonic and detoxifying bath sachets (i use it in my hotel), review of the bath sachets -it does not make you sweat as what the picture shown, its painful when the bath salt dissolve on my skin (its exactly like the soda pop sensation) , making sizzling sound in water when its dissolve.i bought 2 pairs of soft color contact lens on my 2nd day they are like only HK180 for both (which is about SGD$36),it can last be wore for a year,great deal isn't it? i bought it in blue and honey brown.they are super comfortable and i am loving it. H&M in Hong Kong are indeed more expensive and less variety compare to the one in UK. i find that the food in cafe are more expensive than in singapore. A cup of hot beverage cost about SGD$3+ when over here it cost less than SGD$1. A simple meal cost us about SGD$11 (around,plus minus but beware their portion of food are hugh). Things there are not really cheap and most of the things can be found in Singapore therefore i did not do big haul but over all i still love going there, food are super yummy and i love the cold weather..Hong Kong is a city of life and light, so vibrate and lively. Their last train service of the day is till 1am can you believe it?
